The United Kingdom's Soil Association, in charge of organic food certification, is making an effort to improve hospital dining. A new accreditation system called "Food for Life" will reward bronze, silver and gold levels to health care facilities to offer unrefined, organic, Marine Stewardship Council-certified seafood, and local ingredients.
