Loved the spinach artichoke dip recipe and decided to alter it a bit.

Ingredients
  • Servings: 8
  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 35 minutes
  • Cook Method: Bake
  • 1 can 14 oz artichoke hearts - drained and chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Romano Cheese
  • 3-5 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 1/2 stick of goat cheese (I used the silver one, so that's probably 1/4 cup)
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 2 cans crab meat
  • 3 cheese mix sprinkled on top
Instructions
  1. Mix all of the ingredients together and transfer into an oven-safe dish.
  2. Sprinkle some extra cheese on top (romano makes more of a crust, other cheeses will make it creamier. I like to mix the two)
  3. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes or until it's bubbling.
  4. Served best with pita chips.
I'm a sucker for anything with goat cheese in it, and I think pecorino romano is under utilized. The contrasting cheeses are always good for different flavors and textures.
